Presents the following:
1. Courses on a full-time and part time basis to industry and individuals:
- CNC Programming (Turning-Fanuc and Siemens Controls)
- CNC Programming (Milling-Fanuc and Siemens Controls)
- Complex Multi-Axis (Macro) Programming
- Industrial Robot Programming
Courses are offered at our newly established Training Facility with the aid of the AIDC, consisting of state of the art CNC Machines (CNC Turning, Turning with driven tooling and Milling) and ultra modern training simulators. All our machines are equipped with interchangeable controls to provide training on various CNC machine controls.
Courses can be adapted to suit specific company needs.
Courses are on par with leading institutions globally.
Course content includes a practical and hands on training.
2. Technikon Pretoria also offers the following services:
- Problem solving and recommendations to Industry for the optimisation of
CNC Machining processes, for reduced cycle time and optimum tool life.
- Providing Programming solutions. With our unique facility real-life applications
can be simulated and all programs can be verified before machining commenced.
With the program, we also supply tooling recommendations and cycle times.
- CAD/CAM Facility –With the best software available we provide design and
manufacturing solutions for up to 5-Axis machining.
- Since our machines are full industrial machines,we are able to run mass production and short runs
